Founder of RADICAL HR – Angel Investor and Writer
Entrepreneur with a strong expertise on future of work, education and digital transformation, he founded RADICAL HR, a learning, development and transformation club for HR professionals; Changers, an online professional growth school for people and companies; Talent Garden Innovation School, a business school leader on digital and innovation topics, with sites across Europe: Italy, Ireland, Denmark, Austria and Spain.
He was Director of the Research Center and of the School of Communication and Management of IED, European Institute of Design.
He is also a startup angel investor and a member of the board of Save the Children Italy, ScuolaZoo, AWMS and Sicuro.it.
He wrote seven books: Generazione Mille Euro, translated into seven languages and became a film, Generazione Mille Euro RMX, the version launched for the 10 years of the best seller, the novel Berlino Sono Io and three non-fiction books: Jobbing, È facile cambiare l’Italia se sai come farlo, La Repubblica degli Innovatori and the brand new Company Culture, the operating system that makes companies grow.
He also curated Tag Books, the first Italian bookcase on digital innovation, with 15 successful titles published by Egea, publishing house of Bocconi University.
