He is also a board member of selected companies.
Paolo graduated with top marks in Organizational Behavior from Bocconi University, Milan. He is a Chartered Fellow of the FCIPD, UK and a Certified Leadership Coach from Georgetown University, Washington DC. He has worked in 80+ countries and has authored articles published by Harvard Business Review (ltalian and Arabic editions), Forbes, World Economic Forum Agenda, IrichTech, Quartz, LINC, Pirelli Magazine ltaly and Tribune de Geneve.
Paolo is the author of the international bestseller “The Compass & The Radar: The art of building a rewarding career while remaining true to yourself”, a mix of coaching, self-improvement, organizational behavior and business ethics. The Compass & The Radar won the Gold medal Axion Business Book 2019 in USA and was nominated for the Best Business Book award and is amongst the best 5 HR Books by HR Magazine in UK. Originally published in ltalian titled La Bussola del Successo, has also been published in Portuguese, Arabic, Korean, Spanish and French and achieved 14 different editions worldwide.
