A researcher, author and corporate lecturer with expertise in developing creativity and leadership skills.
His post-doctorate focuses on developing new models for enhancing creativity, resourcefulness and self-worth among children and teens.
The founder of the SEISEI, a creativity initiative, currently working with over 12,000 children and teens all over Israel.
He has served as head-consultant to the Israeli government’s division of gifted and outstanding students. He is the head of the “Creativity in Action” executive program at the IDC (Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya), as well as head of the Psychology & Philosophy division in the School of Psychology there.
He has worked with leading companies such as Coca-Cola, HP, Amdocs, Elbit Systems, Unilever, MSD, Bank Hapoalim, Intel, and the Israeli Government Security Branches.
Dr. Doron has also created and developed successful television formats, including “How to be Happy in Six Lessons,” and two follow up series on success and family (Keshet, Channel 2). Dr. Doron is also the author of “Life in an Amusement Park” (Keter Publishing).
