She has more than twenty years of experience in financial market management. Fueled by a strong passion for economic and financial analysis and for European economic integration, it has developed an analysis approach that starts from the macroeconomic vision to identify the trend and movement of rates and of the various markets, which integrate with the microeconomic dynamics. In particular, you have always paid a lot of attention to the interpretation of unconventional monetary policies and to constant confrontation with institutions (central banks, international organizations).
The focus of activity from 2005 to today has been in particular on asset allocation, as head of bond asset allocation (in Fideuram Investimenti from 2005 to the end of 2017) and as head of asset allocation products (in Pramerica sgr ), managing asset management, funds, benchmark and total return, covering a wide range of investment instruments (from funds, ETFs, securities, foreign exchange, derivatives). The analytical activity was characterized by the development of asset allocation methodology, the creation of indicators and yield forecasts, with an approach that integrates the quantitative with the qualitative part to support investment decisions, both of a strategic and tactical nature.
The activity is carried out through the management of groups of people, taking care to create a team spirit, aimed at sharing objectives with attention to results and enhancement of people.
